Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher Program Castle Square's residents and non-residents can receive a refurbished computer from CSTO with Windows 2000 or XP and Office for $30. The Castle Square's Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher Program has already distributed more than 100 computers to date.
